We Offer Home Delivery Nationwide
Whether you're in a bustling metro area or nestled in a non-metro spot, we’ve got the perfect delivery option for you.
From standard curbside drop-offs to our Valet unpacking and rubbish removal service, our friendly team is here to ensure your new Pilates equipment arrives safely, securely and hassle free.
Metro Area Delivery Options
Standard Home Delivery
FREE*
Our Standard Free Metro Home Delivery service gets your Pilates equipment curb-side or door step at no cost. Yes, you read that right – free delivery!
However, due to the size of the equipment, you’ll need to have an able-bodied helper ready for any lifting. If no one is available to help, please select from our Premium or Valet Delivery service options.
Premium Home Delivery
2 Men - $75.00*
Need a bit more muscle? Our Premium Delivery Service sends two delivery pros who will lift and place your equipment in the closest secure location.
No extra hands required from you! Just a heads-up: if your property has tricky access or stairs, there may be additional charges.
Valet Home Delivery
Unpack & Rubbish Removal Service - $95.00*
Want the full treatment? Our Valet Service includes everything from the Premium Delivery Service plus unpacking your equipment and taking away the packaging.
No trips to the dump for you! While our delivery guys won’t assemble your equipment, we do provide easy video instructions to help you out. Here is a link to our assembly videos.

Freight Depot Collection
No Charge*
Prefer to pick it up yourself? Our Depot Collect service delivers your equipment to your closest Mainfreight or PBT depot. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for collection, along with the package dimensions and weight, so you know exactly what size vehicle or trailer to bring.
Standard Home Delivery
$99.00*
Our Standard Home Delivery service brings your Pilates equipment right to your door. As with our metro service, an able-bodied helper will be needed for any lifting. If no one is available to help, please select our Premium Delivery service.
Premium Home Delivery
$199.00*
For a stress-free delivery, our Gold Delivery Service sends two pros to lift and place your equipment in a secure location, no extra hands needed from you.

At Freedom Pilates, we’re committed to bringing you quality equipment hassle free and with a smile – from our doorstep to yours.
Important Information
Making our Pilates equipment accessible to every corner of NZ is super important to us. The above costs are based on us covering up to $120 of freight costs for a standard reformer delivery. If costs exceed this due to high delivery fees to your area, we will contact you to discuss your options.
