Flexible Rental Terms
Enjoy the freedom of Pilates at home with our flexible rental terms. Start with a minimum 6-month rental period to fully experience the benefits of having your own Pilates Reformer.
After this initial period, your rental becomes open-ended, giving you the flexibility to continue as long as you like. Should you decide to return your reformer, simply provide us with 4 weeks’ notice for a hassle-free process.
Fee Details
Beyond the rental fee, we require a one-off, fully refundable bond of $200. This ensures your reformer is returned in excellent condition at the end of your rental term.
Additionally, there’s a $199 freight and handling fee covering both delivery and collection processes. Your reformer will be delivered to your closest Mainfreight depot and ready for you to collect within a week of sign up.
Carte dimensions for collecting are: 136cm long x 72cm wide x 55cm high.

Yes they can! That is one of the real benefits of Freedom On Demand, it is a really cost effective way for the whole family to exercise and having both our Clinical Reformer as well as our Fitness Reformer categories, there is something for everyone!
Yes. If you are in Christchurch or Auckland City we are able to deliver direct to your home. If you are in other parts of NZ we will deliver to your local Mainfreight depot for you to collect locally.
Our rental service is for private home users. If you’re looking for a commercial reformer, or even wanting to look at leasing options for your studio, please contact us to discuss suitable options.
Yes, we do ask that you keep the packaging. This is important as our the reformer can not be returned at the end of your rental term if your equipment is not well packaged. If you decide to buy-out your rental reformer, you may dispose of the packaging!
The payments are processed on a monthly basis via direct debit against the credit or debit card you used at sign up. The payments are paid month-in-advance and commence 2 weeks from the date that you complete your rental sign-up form. This allows us 2 weeks to get your rental reformer to you before payments begin.
Due to the online nature of the membership, we only offer direct debit payments via our payment provider, Stripe. Payments are processed monthly in advance.
After the initial 6-month term you can cancel your rental at any time with 4 weeks written notice by e-mailing us at [email protected]. We will then send you through a form to fill out and the collection process will begin from there. Once we receive your reformer back, we will do a quick check for any damage and refund your bond as per the Terms & Conditions. Please note, that since we require 4 weeks’ notice for rental returns, once your return form has been submitted, you will hear from someone in the team as soon as possible, but it may take a week or so to get to your request!
